Because we do so much commercial work, we are required to carry $2 million in public liability insurance for all our projects, including residential work. This amount is substantially higher than most residential-only roofing companies are required to carry. Additionally, Island Heights Construction has never had a claim against our liability insurance; we are very conservative in our approach to removing and replacing roofing, and always do our best to protect our clients' buildings.

Following are examples of work we have done and people for whom we continue to do work . We are also currently on the approved roofing contractor list for the State of Utah, for which we must re-qualify every two years. These are the contractors the state uses for its work.

• Albertsons: Three Albertsons retail stores in the last four years. These were BUR with hot asphalt and glass felts. Approx. size 54,000 Sq. Ft ea.
• Jacks Food Town in Smithfield: this was a new store with a single ply roof of Hypolon, by Harrtz Mason. Approx. size is 54,000 SQ. Ft.
• Macey's Foods in Logan:This was a re-roof of an existing building in consisted of removing an existing PVC membrane roof and replacing it with a new EPDM ribber roof by Carlisle.

• Cache County Schools: we have done all their re-roofing the past 5 years we have probably done well over a million dollars worth of work for them averaging 200,000 Sq. Ft. every year. PVC, BUR we did another 40,000 sq ft. PVC by Genflex this year 2002. We did 3 new Elementary schools and 2 new Middle schools for them.
• Logan City Schools: we have done all their roofing for the past six years, very close to a million in dollars and Sq ft. also. PVC, BUR We did another 65,000 re-roofing with PVC by Genflex, in 2002.
• Morgan School district. We have done two school re- roofs for them, around 40,000 Sq fT. PVC

• Schreiber foods inc. we have done both new and re-roof for them, including a new cooler facility this last year which was about120,000 SQ. Ft single ply PVC
• Gossners Cheese: we have been doing their work for nearly 10 years exclusively both re-roof and repairs and several new projects. BUR and PVC and EPDM We did over 800 squares for them on a new cheese plant in Burley Idaho.
• E.A. Millers Meats: we have been working on their new and old buildings for several years now re-roofing, and maintenance. Mostly EPDM and PVC.
• Thiokol Corp. these are the people who make the motors for the space shuttle, we have had maintenance contracts with them for many years and do a lot of bid work for them also. We have installed many different roof systems for them, BUR, EPDM, PVC, TPO, CPE, Hypolon, Modified, metal, and shingles.
• Autoliv Corp. The air bag company. We have done a lot of single ply membrane roofing for these people.
• LDS Church, we are VMR Contractors for the church we have done many re-roofing and new church projects, as well as re-roofing the Logan DI store.
